Like everyone else in web3, we've struggled to find just a little bit of coin and scoured the web for working faucets.  So we decided to be part of the solution by creating our own faucet. 

Listen to our team talk about what inspired us to buid a faucet, and why we went the Telegram route: 

When you join the group, type /gimme <wallet address> and our bot will send you .5 Sepolia eth 😍 Nudge it again to get up to 1 eth per day.

Behind the scenes, it starts with a Telegram command block (which anyone can use to build a bot, btw!). We named the command "gimme" and connected the command block to a faucet block. 

The faucet block has fields detailing how much should be transferred, on what network, what the max is someone can receive, and over what period.

From there, we connect to two message blocks. If successful, we send an etherscan link to the eth transfer. If unsuccessful, we let the requestor know why.

The best part? This bot took no more than 10 minutes to build. Which, we maybe did in the 10 minutes right before the Twitter space 😅

New: The Boto Sepolia Faucet

, is a popular DeFi strategy where you buy a fixed amount of a token on a regular basis. You can do this manually: Set a weekly reminder, sit down, and purchase or swap the usual number of tokens. You can also automate this on some CEX platforms, but these "recurring buy" features mean putting your funds into a wallet you don't hold the keys for.

If you already have crypto holdings that you can DCA from, you can set up an automatic, scheduled swap with 

 & Uniswap using your own wallet, so funds *never* sit on a centralized exchange. 

 to work. It can swap between ERC20 tokens from your wallet to any other token supported by Uniswap V2. Follow along to see a short tutorial of how to use it.

Click on "Create new Bot" to open a new blank Canvas.

Drag the "Crypto to USD" block from the library to the Canvas on the left.

Type "UNI" in the Symbol field. Select "Token Ticker" in the Symbol Type field and enter "1" in the Amount Field.

Next, drag in a "Filter" block into the Canvas and connect it to the existing "Crypto to USD" block. In the field labeled "Variable" enter the output from the previous block by selecting it from the floating menu. Once added, a green oval with the text "

In the "Operator" field select the less-than symbol `<` and in the "Criteria" field enter the USD value below which you want to buy UNI. At the time of writing 4.20 was a good example.

Now the fun part: from the library of blocks on the right, drag in the "Swap Token (ERC20)" block. Connect it to the "Filter" block. As a reminder, the filter block prevents any actions that don't satisfy the configured criteria.

In the "Source Wallet and Token" field select any combination you have previously approved. If this is the first time doing so, click on the "+" button and a new tab should open with the Boto Approvals Page.

Once approved, enter a value in the "Source Token Amount". In my example, I've entered 10 in my example, which corresponds to 10 USDC.

In the "Contract Address of Destination Token" I've pested the contract address of the UNI token, deployed at 

https://etherscan.io/address/0x1f9840a85d5aF5bf1D1762F925BDADdC4201F984

In the "Receiver Wallet Address" enter the wallet address when the result of the swap will land. Could be any wallet you wish, so not restricted to the source wallet.

Give your bot a descriptive name. Click "Save" and turn on the switch on the top right. Once your bot is enabled, it will run as long as your wallet has approved funds.

Congrats! You have a basic DCA bot ready to go! You can find 

From this moment onward, your DCA bot will be buying tokens for you on a schedule. While this works well with UNI, it can be used by any ERC20 token supported by Uniswap V2.

To create a bot that will post every time an NFT is sold, minted, or transferred for a given collection or account address in Mantle, all you need to do is 

What will you need before using this recipe?

Add Boto’s discord bot to your server or private chat
Use 

 to message Boto directly and run the /auth command

There are only a couple of things to change in the Recipe:

Address in the NFT block (this is the address you would like to monitor) it can be the address of an NFT collection or the address of a wallet

The second thing you need to do is to select the channel on the Discord block. If you haven't added a channel, follow 

Next, you will receive a confirmation message with the Channel ID to be used in your bot. Now add the Channel ID to your bot and click save.

If everything went well, you should receive a message like the one below on your Discord 🎉

If you have Superfluid streams and you don't want them to be closed due to low Super Token Balances this tutorial is for you.

When you finish this tutorial you'll have a running bot that will alert you anytime your balance goes below a predetermined threshhold.

To create a bot with Boto you will first need to create a Boto account by visiting our 

Once you have an account setup, all you need to do is use one of our recipes (depending on your preferred alert channel):

Both alert channels (Telegram and Discord) will require you to allow Boto to send you notifications.

To add Boto's telegram bot to your telegram all you need to do is click the + button next to the handler field in the Telegram block.

This will automatically open telegram and start the process. It should look like this: 

All you need to do is click the Start button.

To add Boto's discord bot to your server or private chat use this 

 and follow the instructions provided there.

Now to monitor your balance you'll need to configure the other blocks. Lets start with the Superfluid block!

 you want to monitor Super Tokens in. Once you have decided on a Network, you'll need the 

 of the Super Token you want to monitor a balance in. This can be found in the Superfluid Dashboard by clicking on a stream:

On the detail page, the URL holds the Super Token URL:

After setting up the Superfluid block, it should look something like this:

The last piece of configuration needed is setting a 

 for the token balance that will trigger the alert. When the Wallet Addresses' balance reaches or drops below this value, you will get an alert on the channel you chose (Telegram or Discord).

Now all you need to do is Save your Bot and turn it on!
